Amanda Morris

<I teach English 9 and journalism at EMHS.  I have 19 years of English teaching experience working with grades 7-10 in four different states: Texas, North Carolina, Minnesota, and Virginia.  I have a B.S. in Business Management from VA Tech, English Education post-baccalaureate coursework from UNC-Asheville, and a Master's degree in Education from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. Before becoming a teacher, I worked in human resources in Charlotte, NC and as a social worker and admissions coordinator in a long term care skilled nursing facility.  >
